This department deals with issues surrounding hunting, fishing, trapping and land.  ACTC currently is working in partnership with the Province of Saskatchewan throught a "Partnership Agreement"

The Province is interested in determining ways to obtain input from First Nations people when it comes to developments that could affect their lives.

The partnership agreement is renewed on an annual basis.

This department also maintains  contact and working relationship with the FSIN in order to assist in furthering First Nations positions relating to hunting, fishing, trapping and land.
